1. Who We Are

Loupe is a swipe-based discovery app for independent and niche fashion brands, available on iPhone, together with this website (useloupe.shop). By using the app or this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What Loupe Is (and Isn't)

Loupe helps you discover fashion from independent brands, save pieces to your Dresser, build Looks, see your Style DNA, and share with friends. Loupe is a discovery service: we do not sell products, process payments, or fulfill orders. When you tap through to shop, you buy directly from the brand's own website under that brand's terms, prices, shipping, and return policies. Product details, prices, and availability shown in Loupe come from the brands and can change or contain errors — always confirm on the brand's site before purchasing.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Loupe may earn a commission when you buy through links in the app, at no additional cost to you. Commissions never influence what we show you, and we only feature brands we genuinely love.

4. Your Account

You can use Loupe as a guest. Creating an account (Sign in with Apple) unlocks sync, profiles, and social features. You must be at least 13 to use Loupe. You're responsible for activity under your account; if you believe it's been compromised, contact us. You can delete your account any time in Settings → Privacy.

5. Profiles, Sharing, and Conduct

If you claim an @username, you're discoverable in the Loupe directory by default (identity only — see the Privacy Policy) and can go private any time. You agree not to use Loupe to harass others, impersonate anyone, post unlawful or infringing content, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' private data. Usernames and profile content that violate these rules may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

6. Intellectual Property

The Loupe app, name, wordmark, and site design are ours. Product images, brand names, and trademarks shown in Loupe belong to their respective brands and are displayed to help you discover them. If you're a brand and want your catalog removed or corrected, email us and we'll act promptly.

7. Disclaimers

Loupe is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy of product information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your purchases from brands are between you and the brand.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loupe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from purchases made on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or on this page, and the effective date above will change. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by applicable United States law.
